Eligibility
1. Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to legal
residents of the U.S., US, Puerto Rico, Western Europe, Australia, New
Zealand, The Caribbean, or Canada. Subject to all federal, state, and
local laws and regulations.
2. Must be 18 years or older to participate in our photo contest. Contestants in photographs must be wearing clothing. No undergarments or nudity is allowed in the photographs. The contest is designed to show us how you use our Straps with your outfits.
3. Employees of Bra Straps.com, and their affiliates and their respective
directors, officers, related companies, subsidiaries and advertising
and promotion agencies, and their families or those persons living in
the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
1. Contest starts on May 1, 2009 and ends on May 31, 2009
at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received by May
31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
2. TO ENTER ONLINE: Submit an online entry form by clicking
here. You will be asked to enter your age, full name, mailing
address, e-mail address and a photo. One entry per person.
3. TO ENTER BY MAIL: Print your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and age on a 3 X 5 card and mail in an envelope with your Photograph to:

4 . Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries
become the exclusive property of Bra Straps.com. None will be returned.
5 . Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Where a dispute arises
about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted
by the holder of the e-mail account.
6 . By entering, contest participants fully and unconditionally agree
to be bound by these official contest rules.
Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded. 5 contestants will win $100 in our products selected by our Sales Department. They will also have their pictures posted on our website
Any federal, state, local and provincial taxes (if any) due on the prizes
are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitutions of prizes
for other prizes, cash or credit is permitted except by Bra Straps.com
in it sole and absolute discretion, in the event of prize unavailability
or otherwise. Limit one winner per household.
Winners
1. Winning entries will be selected in a random drawing held on June
1, 2009. The odds of winning a prize depends upon the number of eligible
entries received. All decisions of Bra Straps.com are final and binding.
The winners will be notified by e-mail or U.S. mail within 5 days of
the drawing. Only winners will be notified. Winners will have 10 days
from date of notification to accept the prize by sending an e-mail to
help@brastraps.com or by U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification.
2. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and
liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release, all within
10 days of receiving such documents from Bra Straps.com. Noncompliance
within this time period, failure to accept the prize within the time
period stated above, or return of any prize or prize notification as
undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner
may be selected at Bra Straps.com sole discretion.
3. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited)
to use winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information and
statements for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising,
publicity and promotional purposes in perpetuity and world-wide, in
any and all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited
by law.
